ANZCham Mentorship Programme 2024

Introduction:

The pilot ANZCham Mentorship Programme aims to create a collaborative platform that bridges the gap between seasoned business leaders (mentors) and emerging professionals (mentees) to foster professional development, knowledge exchange, and meaningful connections. Designed for aspiring career professionals who are seeking to develop new career paths. This program aims to provide valuable guidance and support as they navigate their early careers.


Objectives:

Our mentorship program aims to:

  • Bridges the gap between seasoned business leaders (mentors) and emerging professionals (mentees).
  • Empower early career professionals through sharing career development guidance and personal experiences.
  • Foster networking opportunities between mentees and ANZCham member business executives.

Program Structure:

  • Duration: 6 months
    • End of March: Call for Application
    • 2 May: Mentoring Technique Workshop
    • July: Mentoring Technique Sharing
    • September: Closing Drinks

Target Participants:

  • Mentor: ANZCham member business executives and professionals
    • Total 10 to 12 mentors
  • Mentee: Early career professionals with 2 to 3 years of work experience
