ANZCham Charity Bike Ride 2024
The 5-day bike tour is an annual event started in 2018, consisting of 30+ senior executives and diplomats. The ride not only explores the beauty of the Taiwanese landscape but also connects and engages with the local indigenous communities along the way.
The ride in 2024 starts in Taipei City and ends in Taitung City with a total riding distance of 516 KM and a total elevation gain of 9227 meters.

About the Charity - Taromak Community Development Association
The funds raised will go towards improving educational resources for children and enhancing the well-being of the elderly residents to help create a brighter future for the young minds and providing essential support to the elderly in this community. Tarumak Village has approximately 1,388 people, mainly composed of the Rukai people. Legend has it that Tarumak originated in the area around the central mountain range's Bayou Chi (Little Ghost Lake). In 1969, due to a fire, it was rebuilt on the same site, known today as Taromak.
